Appointments & Time Zone:
All sessions are conducted by Zoom or telephone. Appointments on the calendar are defaulted to Eastern Standard Time. Please take note and be sure to check your time zone and/or change the time zone to reflect your zone prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you are unable to make your appointment time. You will receive a full reimbursement. All cancellations must be made by email. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your refund will reflect a service fee of $15. There will be no reimbursement for a “no show” at your scheduled time.
